**About you**
You’ll bring:

- Excellent people skills - you’ve worked in busy customer service roles (like contact centre, retail, hotels, travel or hospitality) and you’re passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

- A drive to get the details right in the information you provide to our members and the tasks you complete for them

**The information you need to know**
- Take on a part time role, permanent or for 12 months. Start 23 October
- You’ll work on a roster, across our contact center’s opening hours 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- You’ll start with three weeks full time paid training, to get you ready to help our members
- The salary for this position is $65,559 per annum pro rata ($33.178 per hour) + super.
