Job Title: Retail Beauty Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

As a Retail Beauty Sales Advisor with Estee Lauder Companies, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. With a passion for beauty and a drive to succeed, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers' needs
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services

Requirements:

* Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
