**About the Role**

Are you passionate about making a difference and bringing people together? As the **Human Resources Coordinator** at NASCA, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and championing our people-focused values. Based in our Redfern or Dubbo office (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll work closely with our People & Culture Manager and Operations team to make NASCA a place where our employees thrive

**What Your Days Will Look Like**
- People Connection - Manage the NASCA employment inbox, responding to vacancy and recruitment queries, and support our People & Culture Manager with Employment Hero (HRIS) to ensure smooth, accessible HR processes for all.
- Engagement and Culture - Assist to drive engagement by coordinating meaningful employee events and initiatives that celebrate our unique culture.
- Onboarding and Training - Collaborate to make our onboarding process memorable, and assist with training bookings, events, and employee development support.

**Who You Are**

You’re **a people-first, detail-driven HR professional** who meets the following criteria:

- Experience in an HR role
- An understanding of the unique experiences and issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, ideally with experience supporting Indigenous youth
- Good interpersonal skills and a talent for building strong, supportive relationships
- Great organisation and time management abilities, with a natural eye for detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills paired with a willingness to follow directions
- A deep-rooted passion for people and a desire to drive initiatives that make a positive impact

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
