**About The Local Guys**:
We are a National Electrical Test & Tag and Pest Control franchise. We have franchise partners in every state across Australia and are growing rapidly Our growing portfolio of services includes electrical test and tag, fire equipment testing, and pest control services.
Our National Support Centre is located in Brooklyn Park, South Australia where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.
We are in an exciting growth period of business and looking for an enthusiastic and talented person to fit into our existing team and assist with taking our brand to the next level

**The Position**
The Administrator is responsible for dealing directly with our clients, new inquiries, supporting our franchise partners and is a general office all-rounder that is flexible and adaptable in their role.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday).
**Who are we looking for?**

- A quick learner with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- A friendly and polite manner with strong customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable to different tasks (variety in work)
- Ability to demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
**You must have**:
- Knowledge of MS Office and other general IT skills
- Very strong phone manner
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Current Police Clearance Check (or willingness to get one if successful)
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- Full rights to work in Australia
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
