- ABOUT THE ROLE

The national finance team are looking to bring National Revenue Billings & Collections Officer on a 6-month max term contract at Blackburn. You will be responsible for providing the Revenue Accounting Processes for the organisation to achieve effective Billings, Collections & Receipting functions.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic team with an accountability and ownership in responsibility to maintain customer relationships, manage billings & invoicing, customer reconciliations, and TSA Collections, supporting the National Revenue Credit Controller and Revenue Accounting team to maintain and manage transparent and accountable revenue financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development, continuance and implementation of effective systems and processes for managing Billings & Collections within Shared Service
- Work collaboratively with managers, Business Partners & Personnel Officers to determine priorities and develop integrated solutions that deliver key outcomes
- Understand complex billing processes and effectively resolve complex customer enquiries and manage monthly Aged Trial Balance reporting and Collection analysis

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge across Billings & Collections practices
- Proven experience in engaging with and managing the expectations of stakeholder groups at all levels
- Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Technology One system experience preferred.
