With a strong track record of success and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to join us.

Position Overview

As a full time Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management, maintenance, and profitability of these properties, while delivering excellent service to our clients and tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of industrial & commercial properties, including rent collection and client relations
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs and renovations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintenance standards
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage lease renewals
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and legal professionals
- Monitor property budgets, financial statements, and reports
- Stay updated on market trends and make strategic recommendations to maximize property performance and profitability
- Address and resolve tenant concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in commercial property management
- Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and commercial property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
