The Information Services Branch (ISB) delivers trusted information technology and communication services to the Department and portfolio agencies to support to the department's strategic activities at all levels internally, externally and internationally.

The Branch is currently working towards ensuring our IT Service Delivery teams are equipped for efficient and effective execution of assigned Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes to meet our stakeholder’s expectations.

**The opportunity we have available**:
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the role of IT Service Management Team Lead.

This selection process may be used to fill upcoming vacancies within the department for 18 months, both ongoing and non-ongoing.

**What will you do?**:
Position specific duties include:
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external vendors and managed service providers, in the delivery of End User Support Services.Identify areas for efficiency gains and enhancement of the Department’s ITSM Tool and assist in the upload of, auditing & validation checks of IT Service data to ensure the accuracy.-
- Carry out secretariat and assist in the day to day functions of the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) under direction of the IT Change Manager.-
- Assist in the maintenance of the department’s IT Service Management documentation, including Process and Standard Operation Procedures.-
- Provide leadership and advice to support the effective and efficient delivery of End User IT Services.-
- Leading, coaching and mentoring junior staff within the Branch-
