A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Portfolio Planning, Prioritisation and Governance Lead, reporting to the Senior Manager
- Portfolio Planning, Prioritisation and Governance.
This team will provide leadership, support, and governance for new and existing programs of work within the Operations business unit.
A bit about your role
This role will facilitate and coordinate the prioritisation of new initiatives and track the delivery of the outcomes considering both resource and Tech Capex utilization. This will see you collaborating with teams across the Operations business unit and other business units at nbn.
This will be an opportunity for you to lead and facilitate governance forums to ensure strong interlock with business pillars. Moreover, you will provide insights to key stakeholders on resourcing capacity, risk exposure, and interdependencies, and support teams with decision-making.
This role will be critical to support the development and governance of project management framework, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across the teams.
A bit about you
You are proactive, and highly organised with strong communication skills and influencing skills. You are collaborative and can build strong relationships with several stakeholder groups.
Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Confluence and Jira would be valuable.
