**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team's performance.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess individual and team progress.
- Implement performance improvement strategies when necessary.
- Regularly report on sales results to higher management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Continuously refine and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and ensure that the team follows standardized procedures.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with revenue goals.
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a seamless service delivery process.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to legal and ethical standards in all business activities.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the recruitment industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data.
- Generate regular reports for senior management regarding sales performance and market trends.
