Through the Sale Role at Wellness Department, you will play a vital role in selling gym memberships to prospects and new members using a variety of effective sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Understand Prospect Objectives**:

- Take the time to understand each prospect's fitness goals, preferences, and buying criteria to establish a genuine and long-term relationship.
- Tailor your sales approach and recommendations based on individual prospect needs and objectives.

**2. Implement Diverse Sales Strategies**:

- Employ a mix of prospect calling, retention calling, lead generation, external activations (Outreach, B2B), and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
- Set appointments with prospects and diligently follow up on a daily basis, addressing inquiries and referrals.

**3. Provide Solutions and Recommendations**:

- Offer relevant solutions and recommendations to re-engage existing members and improve overall sales volume.
- Ensure members are aware of the gym's offerings and benefits, assisting them in making informed decisions.

**4. Manage Time and Meet Targets**:

- Take ownership of your time management, working independently, and as part of a team to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Embrace consistent product and sales training to enhance your selling skills and optimise performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about fitness and dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
- Patient, level-headed, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Skilled in sales techniques and comfortable engaging with prospects over the phone and in person.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong drive to generate new business.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and think quickly on your feet.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Flexible availability, able to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekdays (9am-9pm) and weekends (10am-4pm).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
