The Facilities and Contracts Officer is responsible for the maintenance of Council building assets through the engagement and management of specialist contractors for planned and reactive works.

The role will also be responsible for carrying out building and playground inspections and undertaking minor repairs.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player and demonstrate sound knowledge, skills and experience in building works and contractor management.

You will be part of a skilled team who service the maintenance, repair, security and care of our assets for community use.

- Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
- Commencing salary range from $77,680.20 - $82,434.56 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- 11.5% superannuation
