Little Zak's Academy currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and bubbly Childcare Centre Receptionist to join our team in Shellharbour.

Your role will be pivotal in providing an outstanding first impression to anyone visiting the Shellharbour Centre, whilst maintaining a professional reception area that is welcoming to all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General reception duties are inclusive of, but not limited to, answering phones, answering or directing all queries
- Printing, collation, and distribution of all weekly materials
- Somebody with a bubbly personality, who maintains a smile and a "can-do" attitude
- Assisting with day to day operations of the centre
- Management of office supplies
- Filing & Scanning
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment
- Helping out on the floor when needed

**Skills & Experience**:

- Necessary: Certificate III qualified in Early Childhood Education
- 1-2 years’ experience in a reception role or similar
- High level computer literacy and proficient in MS Office suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Demonstrated active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a current Working With Children Check
