**What if you were empowered to make a positive impact?**
**As a Case Manager you will be ****responsible for**:
- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims
- Strategising and implementing appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals
- Maintaining high customer service standards and building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes
- Determining strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals
**To be successful in this role you will possess**:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service focus
- The ability to read and interpret information, including legislation
- Effective relationship building and problem solving skills
- An ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved
