Job Summary
Essential Job Duties
- Review current business processes and align with best practices and requirements to integrate them into a seamless ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
- Diverse business process understanding including finance, manufacturing supply chain, warehouse/inventory management, and sales.
- Assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations for common ERP business processes across multiple manufacturing environments.
- Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients.
- Assist in change management initiatives to assist client with a smooth transition to new system.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the implementation runs smoothly, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Travel to customer locations to deliver consulting services approximately 50% of the time.
- Learn new product offering and functionality as software updates are available.
- Monitor and report status or implementations, maintaining clear communication with customer and internal teams.
- Work independently with a high sense of urgency.
- Be accessible and available to multiple customers.
- Achieve individual billable utilization targets.
- Identify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the Team Lead or Project Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong ERP product knowledge, ERP experience preferred
- Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in support or implementation role
- Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, delivers high-quality work, self-motivated and an internal desire to succeed
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills targeted to effectively present information to all customer role levels
Education & Work Experience
- Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- Excellent client interactions skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Ability to travel between 40% - 50%.
