**About the Company**
Our client has a reputable brand in the automotive sector and is experiencing constant growth. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team located in the heart of CBD of Sydney with a mix of Work from Home. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that values their staff, is serious about their people and offers great staff benefits.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will play an instrumental role in supporting the recruitment function of the business. As part of this close-knit team, you will assist in managing the recruitment for the business nationally. The team is currently working from home and will be hybrid working from home and from the office in Sydney CBD as needed.

Your duties will include the following
- Maintenance of the recruitment database
- Manage and maintain recruitment spreadsheets
- Manage the Recruitment inbox
- Provide support to the Recruitment Manager
- Support with organisation of onboarding sessions and induction activities as required

**About you**
- Previous experience in Blue Collar recruitment preferred
- Have an ability to multi-task and effectively manage your time across multiple roles
- Be proficient in MS Office
