Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experience AO3 Administration Officer the delivery of a variety of administrative support duties primarily to the Director’s office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Director’s office.
- Liaison with the department's Accommodation Services, Finance and Assets, Workplace Health and Safety to facilitate business operations at the office location including:
- Processing building access card requirements for staff as well undertake an audit to assess current card requirements
- Conducting desktop and visual audits of vehicles in the carpark, staff desk allocation and/or IT assets in the office
- Arranging the purchase of printer equipment supplies and used toner collection
- Purchasing of office supplies and stationery
- Organising and receiving of courier deliveries
- Identification of hazards in the office and reporting to Workplace Health and Safety systems.
- Establish and maintain registers and databases of accommodation related information, records, assets, fleet and office equipment.
- Provide accurate and timely information, advice to management and staff on a range of accommodation and administrative matters, in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Develop understanding and knowledge of the department’s Ministerial and Executive Correspondence System (MECS) and record keeping system (eDOCS).
- Liaise, consult, negotiate and maintain effective communication with staff at all levels and with external parties, and deal with sensitive and/or confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- Organise committees, meetings, and workshops including catering, materials and information and providing secretariat support and minute taking, as required.
- Maintain document management systems in accordance with the department's requirements.
