About the Role

Are you passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive meaningful engagement and enhance customer satisfaction? Join AGL as a Digital Community Channel Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our online community forum, Neighbourhood.

As the Digital Community Channel Lead, you will be responsible for owning the strategic direction of Neighbourhood, our online community forum, to deliver both customer and commercial value. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the forum, ensuring an optimized customer experience while driving growth and engagement across our digital platforms.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic development and alignment of the Community Forum with customer and business goals.- Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap, features, and operations.- Manage platform to optimize user experience and engagement.- Oversee community, moderators, and post moderation.- Contribute to moderation governance and drive engagement.- Foster positive relationships with business users.- Curate relevant content and manage vendor partnerships.

About you:
- Previous experience managing a digital social community platform (e.g Khoros)- Familiarity with social media management tools, social media monitoring and listening tools.- Experience with digital community and social media marketing as well as digital content development.- The ability to use digital analytics to understand customer behaviour and make data driven decisions.- Previous experience working in an agile environment.- Ability to communicate product vision to key stakeholders and business units and work independently to influence.
