**The Client**
Join an innovative boutique firm in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs and start your career in a professional services firm. This is a well established organisation that has operated for over 40 years. A 5-partner firm and 50 staff with clients mainly in Victoria but also state and nationwide. They are extremely growth oriented and continuously promote within the organisation.

**The Role**
They are looking to take on a highly motivated and ambitious Team Administrator. They will offer you a career in a company where you will be well supported as well as challenged in order to develop your skills further.
**Some of the Duties**
- Back up to reception
- Work with the client services staff and collate client Tax Returns and Financials, Lodge Tax Returns, Invoicing, Debt collection
- Building client relationships
- General database management
- Making appointments and calendar maintenance
- Supporting the accountants
- Invoicing and following up clients regarding invoices
- General office administration duties
- Maintenance of kitchen amenities

**The Applicant**
- 6-12 months’ experience in administration (ideally within an accounting firm, however not necessary)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Live reasonably locally in the southeastern suburbs
