We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operations of our office while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Duties:
1. Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer orders, invoices, and other essential data into our systems.

4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence as required.

5. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as necessary.

6. Filing and Organization: Keep physical and digital files organized for easy access and retrieval.

Customer Service Duties:
1. Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing their accounts.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our coffee products and be able to provide recommendations and information to customers.

4. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and assist with sales-related tasks.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software, Data and Inventory Management Software (MYOB, Ostendo)

6. Knowledge of the coffee and/or food service industry is an advantage.

7. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary in the range of AUD $28 - AUD $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
