Looking for a professional administrator for a leading advisory firm in Perth CBD - Full-time | Permanent

**Your new company**
A leading financial advisory firm based in Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced administrator to support a technical area of the business with clerical and financial-administration tasks. This organisation is in a central location convenient to public transport and will be engaging someone on a permanent basis. You will be required to work full-time hours, with flexible working arrangements on offer.

**Your new role**
As one of the leading administrators to the team, you will be responsible for a variation of duties including:

- Organisation of appointments, travel arrangements and training sessions on behalf of colleagues
- Processing payments, invoices and purchase orders as required
- Ordering of equipment and office stationery
- General data entry and updating the database efficiently
- Offering support with event organisation and team meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will have previous experience within a similar clerical position. In addition you will display;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation skills
- Excellent IT skills with strong data entry accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Some understanding of finance-administration tasks would be advantageous
