**About the Opportunity**

In this highly influential role you will lead an efficient and high performing team, accountable for optimising the infrastructure planning and governance of our capital investments, and infrastructure life cycle management of our infrastructure assets.

Some of the projects we are working on include:

- Integrated Transport Strategy
- Resilient Flood Planning project

This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead large-scale projects that leave lasting impact on both the city and our vibrant community.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Significant experience in leading cultural change and providing motivational leadership within a multi-disciplinary technical environment, which continually enhances and builds the team’s capability and performance.
- High level of technical competence relating to assets and infrastructure management including knowledge of asset management principles, associated Acts, Regulations and legislation.
- High level financial acumen with the ability to understand financial reporting, forecasting and manage budgets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with varying stakeholders.
