**Your responsibilities will include**:
- The ITC System Administration Lead co-ordinates the activities of the Information Systems Analysts (IT Analysts) generally referred to as System Administrators within the Information Technology Operations (IT OPS) team.- Interstate and international travel may be required.- Duties may include:
- System monitoring, system modifications and operational management of TIS.
- Perform modifications to TIS in accordance with approved modification documentation in the form of Mod Kit releases, memorandums, engineering directives and similar documents.
- Performance of backups, failure resolution, shutdown/start-up of systems, support of audits and security directives, support of system upgrades, account management, functional evaluations of TIS connected equipment in classrooms, offices and data centres.
- Development of procedures and processes to assure uniformity of support and configuration related to TIS while maintaining compliance with baseline and modification documents.
- Author and publish documents necessary to reference in support of TIS will be maintained on SharePoint which is accessible to all IT Ops personnel.
- Ensure procedural and process documents are adhered to by the IT Ops team.
- Co-ordinate the on-the-job training requirements for the IT Ops team

- Agile leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications (typically Information Technology), and/or equivalent experience
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to hold & and maintain CoA NV1 security clearance with eligibility to obtain CoA NV2 security clearance.
