This is an exciting opportunity to work within the rehabilitation team at Woy Woy Hospital as a Physiotherapy Assistant. The purpose of this role is to assist the Physiotherapy team at Woy Woy in delivering an efficient and high quality physiotherapy service. The role will be primarily based on the rehabilitation ward but will also assist in care delivery to other inpatients wards, hydrotherapy and outpatient services as required. There is a possibility of needing to work across other CCLHD sites if required.

**What you'll be doing**

Under the supervision of a qualified Physiotherapist, you will facilitate client/patient/consumer care by providing clinical and administrative support.

In this role you will assist the team with direct patient care including assisting with evaluations, preparing patients for treatment. You will be required to aid with administrative tasks, including word processing, telephone calls, photocopying, maintaining inventory records, monitor resource utilisation/borrowings.

You will have the opportunity to participate in regular professional practice supervision and performance management processes as required in order to continuously improve the level of service provided to the client/patient/consumer.
