**Do you have customer service experience and enjoy working within your local community?**

The Lumus Imaging team at North Lakes are on the lookout for a **Full Time Medical Receptionist **to join them in providing the best service and care to our local patients. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will assist with greeting, managing queries, checking in appointments, and managing calls and other requests over the phone.

This position is offered on a Permanent, Full Time (38 hours per week) basis; which includes benefits including paid annual leave.

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8.15am - 5pm, and Saturday mornings. This role would see you working 5 days per week with the inclusion of rotational Saturday roster. There is potential for this role to include working at nearby clinics when business demand requires.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
