**The Position**

Key to your success in this position will be your ability to problem-solve to ensure the right parts are ordered for the customer, as well as learning the systems & and processes used by our Spare Parts Team.

Other regular tasks include: assisting external sales representatives with order enquiries, attending and following up on customer enquiries, & working with our stock and CRM computer systems.

**Right fit for you?**

This position is ideally geared for an individual who has previous experience working in Customer Service or an Administration role who is looking long-term to develop into a Sales or Coordinator role with a passion for trucks cranes and heavy machinery.

Additional Selection Criteria includes;
- Good verbal communication skills - presenting well over the phone is critical, so too is your ability to be personable and explain yourself clearly;
- A proven track record as a good team player;
- A natural willingness to take care and get things right the first time;
- An ability to ‘think on your feet’, multitask and remain effective under pressure;
- Sound computer and keyboarding skills, and;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
