Production Planner

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day to day planning functions
- Manage, monitor, and maintain customer orders via SAP and Excel
- Updating customer ordering and expedite systems (Ariba)
- Consulting with other teams to ensure deliveries.
- Assisting Service Lead with expediting Parts from Suppliers (Internal & External)
- Ensuring personal performance and team environment meets business goals.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Promotion of Safety in line with Emerson policy and procedures
- Manage, monitor, maintain and expedite customer orders via SAP
- Ensure successful order fulfilment of all aspects of the customer order
- Review sales order on completion of entry for accuracy against customer order
- Ensure customer order on time delivery (RDSL measures)
- Coordinate all key tasks relevant to the successful delivery of the orders
- Provide accurate monthly/weekly internal backlog and forecast reports
- Clear and concise communication to exchange and act on information with clients, within the constraints of company Policy and procedure
- Mitigate adverse order issues through continual monitoring and review
- Regularly review processes and make suggestions for improvements on Emerson’s systems
- Perform any other duties, as necessary.

**Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements**
- Have or gain a working knowledge of current HSE statutory and corporate expectations and their implications.
- Have or gain a working knowledge of business and departmental HSE risks and their control measures.
- Have or gain a working knowledge of HSE risk management techniques.
- Provide exemplary leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
- Monitor HSE performance of work activities.

**Personal and Position Requirements**

**Qualifications Skills and Experience**:

- Education: High school or equivalent
- Back-round: Engineering trade or similar _(not essential) _
- Experience: SAP knowledge and prior experience in planning role is desirable.
