**Are you the ultimate Planner?**
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our client's Wangara facility. Doing maintenance planning work along the maintenance team in the food and beverage sector. Planning work for conveyors, blow mould and sorting machines, working full time on a day shift roster only.

**Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage preventative maintenance and work request system
- Purchase orders raised and allocated for approval
- Coordinate purchasing and receiving functions for the Maintenance store
- Maintain an organized inventory of Maintenance store
- Ensuring that store information in CMMS system is accurate and updated
- Ensuring the complete organisation and stock take of all manufacturing parts and components stocked onsite
- Interface with production and maintenance staff to ensure that requirements are met in terms of parts and accessories.
- Assist maintenance in determining parts and accessories requirements for individual jobs.
- Order spare parts and negotiate costing
- Maintain and update database records so that accurate records are maintained for stakeholders
- Review cost center allocations at month end
- Build and provide preventative maintenance reports. Monitor compliance with preventative maintenance scripts.
- Maintain and control maintenance-related documents, drawings, and manuals
- Assist with breakdowns and maintenance (with coaching and supervision)
- Assist with small capital expense and maintenance projects
- Maintaining CMMS - backlog, forecast, bill of material development

**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Australian recognised Tertiary qualification in a relevant Mechanical / Electrical Engineering field
- Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
- Previous FMCG, in particular, food industry experience would be an advantage
- Experience with engineering stores / spare parts management
- Experience as a Maintenance Planner in a fast-paced environment utilizing CMMS
- Good mechanical aptitude and mathematical ability
- Good project management skills and highly organised
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- CMMS implementation advantageous ( Specifically in MEX would be advantageous. )
- Intermediate skills using MS Office with good computer literacy
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle desirable)
