This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team, based at the Quay Quarter Tower in Circular Quay.

About the role:
The purpose of the role is to develop and execute Dexus’ digital marketing strategy, working closely with the broader marketing team and the wider business to increase sales and marketing effectiveness through digital experiences.

How will you make an impact

Influencing at senior levels, the Head of Digital Marketing will manage business relationships, scope project deliverables and deliver against the project plan to optimise our digital experience for our varied audiences.
- Lead, inspire and motivate the digital marketing team with a focus on delivery and execution
- Partner with key stakeholder across Dexus to ensure digital excellence and effectiveness
- Design, develop and execute Dexus’ digital strategy inc. technology roadmap
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Support the broader Marketing team to ensure consistency in direction and execution of internal & external campaigns.

About You:
Along with your strong understanding and experience within digital marketing, you will have a track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and effectively leading a digital marketing team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications within marketing or similar in a financial services and/or investment management domain
- Extensive digital marketing experience across both strategic and operational marketing activities
- Demonstrated ability to align business strategy with digital enablement
- Proven success in developing and leading a high-functioning team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into a digital marketing strategy
- Persuasive and adaptive negotiating and influencing skills as well as a proven high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
