**About the role**

As the International Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of empowering international students, facilitating their seamless integration into campus life. From delivering orientation programs to swiftly identifying and addressing student concerns, your actions will directly impact their academic success and overall well-being. By fostering close relationships with teaching staff and advocating for students, you’ll create a positive and inclusive environment where every student thrives academically and personally.

Travel between TAFE NSW campuses will be required.

**About You**

We’re seeking a pro-active, customer-focused professional who can make a positive impact on our international students’ experience, well-being and academic journey.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- Degree or Equivalent Experience: Showcase your expertise, whether through a relevant degree or practical work background
- Excellent Communication: As the liaison between international students, staff, and services, strong communication skills are vital
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: Prioritise student needs and deliver exceptional support including pastoral care
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Be proactive in addressing student concerns, find solutions, and refer to appropriate services when required.
- Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
