**About this role**

As our Front of House Supervisor, Creative Venues, you will supervise the customer facing operations of Council’s Creative Venues with a focus on Gippsland Performing Arts Centre (GPAC). You will provide guidance and support to all Front of House staff, ensuring prompt and professional customer service to all visitors to Council’s Creative Venues.

**About you**

For this position we are seeking a passionate individual with enthusiasm for the creative arts and basic knowledge of front of house procedures and theatre etiquette. You will have leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customer service always front of mind.

You will also need:

- A basic understanding or knowledge of venue operations, or ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Tertiary qualifications in Events, Performing Arts, Entertainment Industry or relevant field is desirable.
- High level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in leading a team with a focus on high-level customer service.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is desirable.
