**What’s your role?
This role leads and drives delivery outcomes for the Connected Care strategic program to achieve the desired customer and commercial outcomes within a defined budget and resource envelope. Committed to optimising the flow of work, and creation of value by assisting to drive the adoption of Lean | Agile disciplines that will enable enduring competitive advantage.

**What will your day look like?**
- Lead the Agile delivery program across all Connected Care missions. This comprises of up to 200+ individuals working within the extended team and is likely to grow as we grow Connected Care.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of delivery required for the connected care missions (CX, UX and Design, Development capabilities, Architecture, Business Strategy and Release Management)
- Works with senior stakeholders and product and service business owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Manages delivery across multiple teams which own, develop and support a set of customer-facing products and services together with their underlying enabling technology
- Uses metrics and insight through process and tooling to ensure visibility of committed outcomes, capacity consumption, and broader insight into process efficiency
- Provides input into the development of capital planning, labour forecasts and monitors those budgets ensuring costs are managed within budgetary constraints
- Member of the Connected Care Leadership team contributing to strategic vision and the overall health and culture of the program and its teams
- Coordination and input into executive level governance reporting to the Group Executive and the Board
- Working in collaboration with key leadership roles in the missions to ensure continuous improvement at Function, Mission and Squad level

- A leader of leaders, who has overseen large, and complex agile programs, they will be an effective people leader, able to build, motivate, and influence a high performing team to quickly analyse and understand new problems and situations
- Significant business and technology experience and background, with a breadth and depth of disciplines across technology using agile methodologies
- 10+ years of working in agile delivery roles, program manager, iteration manager and key roles in transformation
- 5+ years experience of scaled agile in the enterprise, e.g. large agile transformations and frameworks gained from practical experience
- Extensive experience as an Agile Project Manager, Iteration Manager or Agile Coach across a multiple of domains
- People leadership; experience in recruitment of staff and line managing delivery team members
- Excellent communication, analytical and facilitation skills
- Proactive promoter of agile best practices and a quality mindset
- Proven success in working with and across Business and IT Delivery Teams to deliver effective and cost efficient technology based solutions.
