**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provision of advice regarding the design, delivery and evaluation of quality CPD activities that meet the needs of RANZCOG stakeholders.
- Provide high quality, member focused, CPD guidance and support to RANZCOG members and affiliates while administering their CPD programs.
- In conjunction with the Head of Learning and Continuing Professional Development, provide significant contribution to the development, implementation and evaluation of CPD projects.
- Management of the internal and external course activity approval process of CPD activities that support RANZCOG stakeholders to meet their CPD requirements.
- Manage the Overdue Fellows processes for Fellows who fail to meet their CPD requirements
- Manage the program planning for Diplomates at the annual RANZCOG ASM/RSM in liaison with the Diplomates and ASM co-ordination Committees.
- Manage reinstatement to Fellowship for Fellows who have been absent or removed from the Fellowship
- Identify CPD unit practices and processes requiring improvement and implementation
- Oversight and provide direction for the review, planning and design of new CPD resources, manuals, communications and documentation and revision of existing materials.
- Line management responsibilities for the CPD Coordinator
- Provide committee coordination support for CPD, Fellowship Review and Diplomates Committees.
- Oversight of budget and expenditure for all cost centres related to CPD activities and initiatives.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Sound knowledge and experience working with CPD programs.
Understanding of the principles and objectives underlying the delivery of CPD-based learning services preferably in the specialist medical education sector.
Knowledge of the Regulatory requirements for CPD in Australia, Medical Board Australia (MBA) and Recertification Requirements. New Zealand (MCNZ)
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Highly developed project management skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals and groups; the ability to deal tactfully with requests for assistance and advice Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to process and quality improvement.
Ability to manage time, priorities and complete tasks and implement new initiatives within strict timeframes and competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
High level of experience in dealing with committee work; preparing agendas and minutes.
