As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service in our Executive Lounge. You will ensure that our VIP guests have an outstanding experience by offering personalized service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with various lounge amenities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Greeting and welcoming VIP and Executive-level guests upon arrival.
- Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring that all items are fresh, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
- Monitoring lounge cleanliness and coordinating with the housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of lounge events or special services.
- Recording and responding to guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as guest reservations, lounge inventory, and billing processes.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or lounge setting.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests and team members.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; ability to handle guest requests and complaints with tact and courtesy.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining high service and presentation standards.
- ** Multitasking Ability**: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining calm and efficiency.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work well with others, collaborate across departments, and maintain a positive attitude.
- ** Flexibility**: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the needs of the lounge.
- ** Languages**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to international guests, is a plus.
