As a Premium Services Executive Host, your core purpose will be to ensure all our Premium and VIP Guests have a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectation.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience within the Premium/VIP Guest Experience team is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation.
- Adapting communication styles to different audiences
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the loyalty program
