**The opportunity**:
HPS is seeking a Inventory Specialist to support the ordering and restocking of medications and consumables for hospital clients.

**What you will do**:

- Managing and booking appointments with Nurse unit managers.
- Put away orders and support client’s inventory needs.
- Carry out any stock requests.
- Monitor the stocks of Patient Information Cards and replenish as required.
- Supporting the day-to-day inventory and purchasing practices of the HPS Pharmacies network and fostering effective customer relationships with pharmacies and suppliers.

**What we are looking for**:

- Be able to work harmoniously and actively contribute to a team.
- The ability to independently problem solve.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
- Previous purchasing experience in a similar industry (desirable).
- Current driver’s license and car.
