We are seeking an Operations Specialist to assist our Australian and New Zealand operations.

This role involves collaborating closely with various departments including Finance, Operations, Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing.


We are looking for someone highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Being a strong team player is crucial.

No task is too big or too small for you - you approach all assignments with enthusiasm, creativity, a positive mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders from YETI wholesale network into the ERP (Cin7)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address order-related issues and updates
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure precise inventory levels, order fulfillment, and meeting demand
  • Foster productive relationships with delivery partners and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Monitor consignments to uphold deadlines and service level agreements
  • Work with Customer Service to resolve inventory discrepancies and finalize outstanding inventory cases like returns
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes and boost efficiency
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Identify supplier performance issues and propose corrective measures
  • Analyze operational metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement solutions
  • Oversee inventory levels for smooth supply chain operations
  • Contribute to special projects or initiatives as needed
  • Investigate issues affecting outbound deliveries and inventory
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and provide general operational support

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience in a fast-paced environment like Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail
  • Background in Warehouse operations, inventory management, or Logistics is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven and dynamic setting
  • Focus on customer service and ability to work independently
  • Uphold and represent the YETI Brand
