Inventory Specialist

** Your Role**: Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- To complete daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.
- Evaluate inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Oversee inventory levels and detect potential stockouts or instances of overstocking
- Engage in routine inventory counts and facilitate inventory audits as necessary
- To provide weekly + monthly reports as per standard operating (SOP).
- To ensure processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures to reduce damages.
- To identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.
- To deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.
- To undertake any other tasks required by management.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.
- Inventory Management experience is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft skills in excel, word, outlook is preferred.
- Strong data analytical skills is desired
- Ability to communicate to various stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Customer centric focused.
