- 6 month contract with potential to go perm

My client in the commercial real estate sector are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their time initially for 6 months, with the potential to go permanent.**The key duties of this role will include**:
- Review and interrogate financial information and systems with a view to validate, challenge and improve;
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for assets in the portfolio;
- Prepare monthly management accounts;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to solve issues and leverage opportunities;
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required;
- Must have experience in a similar role
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong analytical & communication skills
