As they continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and analytical FP&A Analyst to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business.

Position Overview:

The FP&A Analyst will be a vital part of a high performing finance team, responsible for providing insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled financial professional to contribute to the success of a leading non-bank lender during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyse financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
