Position Overview:
The FP&A Analyst will be a vital part of a high performing finance team, responsible for providing insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled financial professional to contribute to the success of a leading non-bank lender during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyse financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
