**This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on the following**:

- Processing RFP's, EDN's.
- Processing Health Certificates and Halal Certificates.
- Processing Certificates of Origin (Chamber of Commerce).
- Raising invoices.
- Customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping lines simultaneously to secure order specifications and timely logistics are met.
- Ensure compliance with customs and applicable foreign trade/import laws.
- Provide administrative support to the internal stakeholders and teams.
- Manage customer payments.
- Managing client relationships mainly in the Middle East.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience working in an export customer service role, data entry, export documentation and/or export logistics-based role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the meat industry is advantageous.
- Computer proficiency and export documentation software experience also preferred.
- Ability to manage booking with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Preparation of Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, EDNs, PRAs and forwarding instructions.
- Thoroughly checking RFPs, Halal/Health Certificates and Certificate of Origin.
- The ability to take the initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
- Impeccable telephone skills.
- A resourceful and resilient approach to problem solving.
