**About the VEC**
At the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) we are not just about elections, we are about enabling all Victorians to actively participate in their democracy. The VEC conducts State and local council elections and is responsible for promoting public awareness and understanding of electoral issues in the Victorian community. **About the role**
Reporting to the Manager, Election Delivery, the Manager, Election Program Governance is responsible for election program governance frameworks and their supporting artefacts that enable effectiveness and consistency across election programs.
**What you'll bring to the role**
- Demonstrated leadership skills, promoting engagement and trust amongst teams.
- Strong collaborator who can partner with both internal and external stakeholders for the successful delivery of projects and business objectives.
- Highly developed interpretation skills with the ability to provide reliable advice related to the interpretation, both verbally and written.
