**Your new company**
Our client is a nationally recognised organisation, going through an exciting period of change and transformation. Due to a recent vacancy, the organisation requires a recruitment officer to join the team in Sydney for 12 months. Based in paramatta with flex WFH with a salary of $90,000k plus super.

**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the recruitment manager you will work closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams across the business. Your Duties will include:

- Be highly detail orientated
- High volume recruitment experience
- Strong searching skills using seek and LinkedIn
- Recruitment for roles across the whole business
- End to end recruitment experience
- Supporting the leadership team with talent management
- Attraction, retention and engagement
- General HR administrative tasks.
