**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This large sized Council based in Western Sydney is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their supportive and positive team of 4. With strong plans for growth over the next few months, this Council is looking for a motivated, energetic and hard-working individual who wants to take a significant step in their career, while also playing a pivotal role in the organisation.

**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

**DUTIES.**
- Implement effective talent acquisition programs ie. advertising, marketing, recruitment and selection process and policies.
- Monitor the process of all talent recruitment activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislative, Award and Council policy guidelines
- Administering of Council recruitment process from end to end for all positions utilising Aurion and related e-recruitment functionality
- Educate, train and support all hiring teams in the effective utilisation of Aurion e-recruitment module

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Degree qualification in a HR related discipline is advantageous and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in Talent Engagement and Acquisition
- Previous experience in recruitment and particularly within a Local Government setting is highly beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in using Trims and Aurion software
