**This role works for Cardiac Rhythm management. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.***:
**Main responsibilities**:

- **Support implantation of pacemakers, defibrillators and CRT devices at the direction of your manager.**:

- ** Conduct and provide technical support and advice at post op follow ups and clinics**:

- ** Complete pre-course reading and online training.**:

- ** Attend didactic training and complete course exams.**:

- ** Attend field visits to observe device implants and checks with colleagues.**:

- ** Develop a clear understanding of sales force effectiveness (SFE) imperatives by undertaking sales skills training and engaging with territory managers to better understand the key objectives designed to drive business growth.**:

- ** Develop relationships with, and service key customer groups.**:

- ** Conduct education/training to hospital staff.**:

- ** Identify customer needs and communicate these to appropriate Territory Manager.**:

- ** Maintain and update product knowledge including actively participating in internal and external training sessions.**:

- ** Assisting colleagues with their field development.**:

- ** Commence education towards IBHRE certification.**:

- ** Assist with product marketing and launches.**:

- ** Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.**:

- ** Comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.**:

- ** Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.**:
***You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.**:

- ** Attend regular departmental meetings with relevant manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.**:

- ** Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.**:

- ** Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.**:

- ** Ensure any PPE provided by the Abbott is worn.**:

- ** Report any accidents or incidents within 24 hours through Done safe and notify your manager.***:

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- ** Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Engineering, Medical Science, Human Movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential.**:
**Desirable**:

- ** Cardiac technical experience working in pacing.**:

- ** Minimum 1 year working with Abbott CRM products.**:
