**What you’ll do**

To work as a productive, transparent and accountable member of Multicultural NSW, demonstrating a high standard of integrity and ethical behaviour. The conduct of Multicultural NSW employees must reflect the requirements and/or values of the NSW Public Sector, Multicultural NSW’s vision and strategic plan and related division plans, objectives and priorities. All employees must act in a way that align with our overarching remit to promote and advance our social cohesion and community harmony.

The Grants and Project Advisor will assist with the management of various grants programs and projects undertaken by Multicultural NSW, working closely with recipients and all stakeholders primarily from culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds throughout the grants process in line with best practice standards and government objectives.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to grants team best practice grant administration, including contributing to technology and reporting improvements.
- Strong project and operational support experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Experience with SmartyGrants or similar highly regarded however not essential.
