Our client has partnered with us to recruit HR Consultants to join their team on a contract role until Christmas 2023. This role requires the consultants to work on end-to-end project related activities.

These roles involve analysing the emergence organisational design to produce relevant insights and inform decision making related to workforce change.

A key part of this role involves change management and working with key stakeholders in the People and Culture function and senior leaders to define and implement agreed changes.

This role would suit someone who loves working in Change Management, Organisational Design and Generalist Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct analysis on the emerging organisation design and people impact data
- Explore changes to assist in improving operations and achieving strategic objectives
- Support the development and delivery of HR activities and project management to ensure the delivery of workforce changes
- Work with business process analysts to define processes and requirements.

Key Selection Criteria:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or a related discipline
- Prior experience working in the Education Industry is desired, not essential
- Proven Organisational Design and Change Management experience
- The ability to engage and influence business or function stakeholders
