Spring Hill, Australia All Aged Care Full time

All Aged Care is offering an opportunity for a **Human Resource graduate who is **looking to start their HR career. You may have already completed your degree or completing soon before June 2023. Experience is not required as full training is provided.

Permanent full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm at our Head Office in the Brisbane CBD, close to public transport.

All Aged Care is a quality experienced Home Care (aged care) provider in SE QLD supporting clients to remain living independently in their homes in the community. This role has a direct impact on the lives of people over the age of 65 years as you will be recruiting and selecting Home Care Workers to support our clients in their homes. We are seeking someone who is kind, compassionate, self-motivated and keen to learn. You will be an excellent communicator and team player with strong attention to detail.

This is a generalist HR role which includes recruitment and on-boarding processes including communicating with external job seekers, conducting interviews, referee checks, orientation and ensuring employee files are established and documentation is compliant. You will be well supported and full training is provided. There is an opportunity for future professional growth within our organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor of Human Resources (or equivalent) - recently completed or completing by June 2023 (must be able to work full time hours)
- Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Effective time management, problem solving and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good computer skills including MS Office with ability to quickly pick up using in-house systems
- A team player
- An ability to speak another language is highly valued

You will need to have **full working rights in Australia** and an **Australian National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)**. You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza (2023).
