Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in security and contribute to a dynamic team? Look no further ISS is thrilled to announce openings for Security Guards join our expanding team due to exciting growth in our global organisation.

We are seeking **Security Guards** to join our ISS Security team in multiple locations across **Brisbane**, employed on a **Part Time or Full Time basis.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Patrol industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring safety and security at all times
- Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Report activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Collaborate with emergency services, ensuring a swift and coordinated response in times of need
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property, creating a safe and welcoming environment
- Efficiently manage vehicle movements both inwards and outwards, maintaining traffic flow and security

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Previous experience in Security Guarding
- Hold a valid Queensland Security Licence
- Have a clean criminal record
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Display excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
- Display common sense & initiative
