In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and measurement of all marketing activity for the MINI and Volvo brands, including localised plans for Volvo Cars Brisbane North and Volvo Cars Brisbane West, and Brisbane MINI Garage.

Working with Dealership Management, you will help generate enquiry, product awareness, and brand engagement to achieve predetermined business goals and targets.


The duties and responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the success of all retail, launch, corporate, events/sponsorship and promotional activity.
  • Identifying and recommending the most appropriate and costeffective marketing strategies and initiatives for maximising brand and product awareness for MINI and Volvo.
  • Deliver all marketing activities in line with the allocated budgets and time frames.
  • Managing marketing adherence to brand CI guidelines and requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage all social media activity for MINI and Volvo in line with campaign, brand expectations and approvals processes.
Years' experience in a Marketing Executive position from within a retail environment (luxury brand experience preferred).

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in marketing/business management or similar.
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian motor industry.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic capability and strong negotiation skills.


Due to the nature of Dealership event activities, work outside normal office hours is occasionally required, including on weekends and evenings.
